What affects the quote
- Your files
- Whether the records are available, complete and ready to use.

- Who must review the result and what we need to test.
- How often it runs
- How many times the task is done and what the software services cost.
Included in the agreement
- What we will deliver and what is not included.
- Who provides files, checks the result and keeps it running.
- The price, currency, payment dates and any separate software costs.
- How you will review the work, when you will review it and how changes are handled.
How payment works
- Once you accept a proposal, we send an invoice or a secure payment link from Stripe, our payment provider.
- Fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD), as the proposal states, and exclude VAT where it applies.
- You pay by card or bank transfer on Stripe's payment page. Card details never reach genaima.ai.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless the proposal sets a different schedule. Monthly support is billed in advance.
- Payment, delivery and acceptance are covered by our Terms of Sale; cancelling and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
There is no checkout on this site; you pay only for work agreed in writing. Tell us about a task and show us an example of a useful result. We can then prepare a proposal for the work that makes sense.
