Start with one task. See if it helps.

Choose a task your team does often and show us the files they use. We agree what a useful result looks like before work begins.

Agree what we will build

We start with a task your team does today, the files it needs and the person who will check the result. Before work begins, we agree what a useful result looks like, what needs approval and what we will hand over.

The answer might be a better report, a draft your team can check, a simple rule or a small web tool. Your current software may already handle part of the job. We check that before proposing new work.

Understand, build and check

  1. Understand

See how the task is done today, which files it uses and where time is lost.

  2. Design

Agree what the result should look like, who can see the files and who will check it.

  3. Build and test

Build the agreed task. Test normal cases, mistakes and who can access the result.

  4. Handover

Show your team how to use it, fix bad inputs and get help. Review whether it made the task easier.

A task using one spreadsheet may be quick to test. Work involving several systems takes more preparation. A sample screen helps discuss an idea, but everyday use needs the right data, permissions and tests.

Agree the first task

What we decide together
TopicWhat we agree
Task and outputOne task, the person responsible and an example of a useful result.
FilesWhat records are needed, how current they are and who may use them.
ReviewWho checks the facts and which changes need approval.
What good looks likeExamples of a correct result, missing information and a mistake.
Ongoing useWhere it runs, who owns the accounts and who provides support.

A real example with private details removed is often enough to begin. If records do not match, cleaning them may need to happen before the new task can be tested fairly.

Choose the tools around the task

Different tasks need different software. We choose tools for the job rather than for a long list of brand names. See the tools we use and how Omni works.

We check what your accounts allow before promising a connection. Sometimes a file you already export is enough to start.

Who we work with

We work with sales, finance, client services and teams spread across several locations. See team examples and industry examples for possible starting tasks.

  • ChemTech Prochimica: brought business information together for teams to use.
  • HospitALL: a tool supporting patient assessment, with people responsible for sensitive decisions.
  • NIC Lahore: practical guidance and hands-on support for startup teams using AI.

The sample screens are separate examples with made-up figures. They are not measured results from those projects.

Decide whether to keep going

Record how long the task takes today. Then count preparation, checking and corrections with the new approach. The before-and-after worksheet helps your team compare the two.

After the first test, decide whether to keep, change or stop the work. More people, files or actions may need extra access and support checks.

Common questions about working with Genaima

Who needs to be involved?

Someone who knows the task, someone who can check the result and someone who can arrange access to the needed files. Other specialists join when the work needs them.

Can you work with our existing IT provider?

Yes. We agree who handles connections, where the work runs, access and support before building.

What if the first test does not help?

We look at whether the files, the design or the task itself caused the problem. Then we change it or stop before adding more work.

What is the next step?

Tell us about a task you do often, which files it uses and what you want to improve.
