Buyer FAQ

Questions before we start.

These answers cover what files Omni needs, who checks its work and what we agree before using it with your team.

Data and security

Where will our information be processed?

That depends on the setup we agree. Before using business records, we list where the app runs, where files and saved activity are kept, which services see them and who can get support access. See data and approvals.

Is data used for model training?

We check the chosen provider's written terms and account settings for your project. Whether it stores your data and whether it uses it for training are different questions. Neither should be guessed from a logo.

How do you keep different clients' records separate?

Permissions, file storage and search must keep each client's records separate. We test that one client cannot see another client's files; an instruction telling the tool not to show them is not enough.

Approvals and control

Will Omni send messages or change records on its own?

The first task can end with a draft for your team to check. Sending messages or changing business records takes separate permissions and tests.

How should approval work?

The right person sees the exact message or change, the files behind it and where it would go. The app must check that person's permission and handle a declined or repeated request. A written instruction alone is not a safeguard.

Can we inspect what happened?

We agree what history to keep: files used, drafts, approvals and results where they apply. We also agree who can see it and how long it stays.

Tools and providers

Which AI tools do you use?

Our tools page lists software we work with. We choose what fits the task and your data rules. A tool shown there is not necessarily used in your project.

Can we use an AI account we already pay for?

Maybe. We check whether the account allows the connection, permissions and data handling the task needs. A personal subscription may not include what a business app needs.

Can we change providers later?

Often, but a change needs testing. Different providers may produce different drafts or use connected tools differently, so switching is more than changing a setting.

Where Omni runs

Can Omni run on our own systems?

Tell us where your data is allowed to go. We check every service the task would use before saying whether it can run privately or on your site. That arrangement is not possible for every setup.

Do we need to replace our current systems?

No. We start with the software and files you already use. The records needed for the task must still be available and match each other.

What happens after the first test?

We check the result against what we agreed at the start, then decide together whether to keep, change or stop it. Adding more files, people or actions needs more checks and a clear support plan.

Working together

Can we start with one task?

Yes. One clear task is easier to compare with the way you work today. The first-task guide helps you choose something with available files and a person who can check the result.

How long will it take?

It depends on the files available, any connection work and when your team can check the result. We look at a real example before agreeing a schedule.

Connections to your tools

Are all the homepage tools already connected?

No. The logos show tools we know. We check what access your accounts allow and which files a task needs before planning a connection.

Can we include WhatsApp or spreadsheets?

We can start by checking a spreadsheet you provide. WhatsApp messages need an approved way to access the right conversation and link it to the right work. We do not assume access to personal or group chats.

Getting started

What should we send first?

Tell us about a task your team does often, how you do it today and what a useful result would look like. A sample with private details removed helps. Use the contact page.

Do the examples show real customer results?

No. The sample screens use made-up figures. The selected projects pages describe work we have published separately. Figures on a demo screen are not measured customer results.

How will we know it helped?

Compare time spent preparing and checking the work, corrections and completed results with how your team works today. The before-and-after worksheet helps keep the comparison fair.
